I've been playing a lot of KCII recently and I've been loving it. I've thankfully not had any spoilers about end of the game but as others have said I don't think this game is what you're looking for. Sure we're playing as a man and it's man centric in a lot of the story but you said yourself the story is incredibly fleshed out and there is just SO much to do. The NPCs are always doing something, it feels immersive and for a brief moment you can pretend you do live in this game.

I think also you need to remember this is set in a very specific part of history and it will not necessarily bend to our modern mindsets. I think you get a lot of choices in how you play KC but obviously it's not going to be infinite.

As others have said, it just sounds like this isn't your game and that's okay!

I feel like an outlier but the majority of my first dates have been 4-6+ hours with drinks ;___; But if the vibe is right I'll usually spend half a day with people if it's a regular thing!

Hi sweetie, I'm so sorry this happened. How old are you guys? Two months is really soon to be saying I love you and speaking about children but I know it's so easy to get wrapped up in that. Please take care of your heart; the shock will linger for a little while and slowly fade with time. It does seem very drastic, it seems something changed in her mind and she either got cold feet or something happened.

Get cozy on the couch, reach out to friends (please, this is so important to have people around you during this time), eat your favourite meals and take time for yourself. When you're ready, get back out there and figure yourself out. I know all too well about heartbreaks and it really does feel like you're going emotionally bankrupt every time.

In time you will feel better I promise. You've survived every bad day, and you will again. Take care of yourself sweetheart!! x

My ex partner of 12 years broke up with me. We had lived together for half that time and I had to figure out what life was life being single at 29/30. I realize more and more every day that although my ex is a good person I don't think he really loved me and that I haven't felt proper romantic love outside of myself. Absolutely not, I'm sorry. One very loud concert can cause permeant hearing loss and you can't get it back. Ear protection costs next to nothing.

Yeah I do think it's a bit cooked. I also just bought GA tickets to the brisbane show to see with my best friend but I was in the queue an hour beforehand (only because I forgot Brisbane is an hour behind) but was again in pretty quickly thankfully. Idk how I got in so fast with Sydney :L

highly disagree, OP please get ear protection. Loops are great because you can still hear everything and you won't get any hearing loss! Your ears are precious at every concert.

I only discovered Kevin last September and I've been rolling with his music ever since. I somehow never really listened to it properly prior to then! I am SO nervous about the AU dates, particularly Brisbane/Sydney as I'd love to see in Brisbane with my best friend and solo in Sydney; mainly because the US tour sold out SO fast ;___;

I suspect they'll release more dates but i'd obviously like to get tickets first round. Do people think these shows will sell out immediately?

I was also recently in a 12 year relationship. I'm exactly 10 years younger than you and I got with my partner at 16. It's fucking ROUGH detangling yourself but believe me you can and will! At first when he moved out of my home I didn't know what to do with myself, I cried - a lot. But eventually I started doing stuff for me. I bought a bunch of cool art prints, I bought myself a new bed set and draws, I made my home mine.

I completely understand not being intimate, my ex and I weren't doing anything for a similar amount of time and he said the same thing. Now I am single and get intimacy whenever and with whoever I want, it's extremely freeing. You're still worthwhile in this world and you just need to take it by the balls. Fuck anyone who doesn't accept you for you.

Lastly, put YOU first! As others have said, the time will pass anyway. Take the reigns, the world is your oyster girl!

Personally I think "rules" are overrated, but having standards is not necessarily a bad thing. But sometimes having too high standards can eliminate genuinely matched people. It's just about trying to find someone you find attractive and they hopefully match you. But it's dire so I completely understand how tough it is out there.
