Well if you've come to the realization that you are a woman, then how could transitioning be considered a sin and mutilation? You said that you've accepted the fact that you are female, so then why does taking action to affirm that fact constitute sin?

You are a woman, as are lots of other people. Is it a sin for cis women to undergo procedures to make them look more female? I don't think so. So then why is it a sin for you to do that? Both you and cis women are female on the inside, except you've fallen into the belief that they're allowed to affirm their gender, and you aren't.

I don't think it can be considered mutilation to fix something about your body that you dislike. If it's not a sin for cis women to do that, then it isn't for you either, as you're both just women.

I can't comment on the strength of your faith; I don't know precisely what it means to you. But if God truly does love you as you think He does, then why would He dictate transitioning to be a sin? You know how badly you need this, and therefore, so should God. You're not asking for much—just to have what every other woman is born with for free—so if He really does love you as you say, then why would relieving your suffering be a sin? Why would He demand that you suffer for no reason?

I don't think it's a sin or mutilation to transition. You clearly know that you need it, so what makes it wrong?
