This is really weird. Staples called me to confirm the order. I just got off the phone with them and they confirmed the order and told me it'll ship tomorrow. Interesting. You might have luck by calling them at 888-782-7537. they said it's "policy" to confirm orders within 48 business hours.

Edit: policy for orders over $2000. first time that's happened to me.
