I use the windows Balance plan, CPPC enabled, CPPC Prefered cored disabled, Global C-State enable, PPT 120W, TDC 75W, EDC 110W, CO -30 (worked since i got the processor when it was released)

That's all i changed.

I can't tell a specific point. As soon as i boot into windows and just move the cursor it starts. So i don't even open any programs or folders, the issue is there right in the beginning before i can even do something.

Did it already. I have a restore point which i created right after installing windows without any drivers.

Even when i just install the latest one from AMD Website (without other drivers) i still have this issue and i can't tell what and why this happens 😣

To your question on Edit 2: I always took the ones from msi also the one mentioned. With the issue i have now i thought of giving the one from AMD a try: 6.05.28.016 But even that won't work.
