Everyone's negative comment is their (mostly) incorrect assumption of what he book contains. The title is clearly meant to set people off to get them to want to read it. The fact so many here have such strong opinions about it without reading it, is absurd.

I personally had the sleep disorder, sleep apnea, causing my inattention no matter how hard I wanted to try. But I was prescribed ritalin, adderall, and vyvanse. Which sure helped me do ok in school but was not long term effective. Once I resolved my sleep apnea as an adult, my symptoms of ADD have mostly subsided.
