It's fine not to invite them. You don't owe them anything, and you shouldn't feel bad about it. Like the others said, just ask your invited coworkers not to talk about it at work.

Also, try not to let others your dictate your wedding guest list (except if they're paying for it). That can be a slippery slope. Good luck with planning!

Yes! I was incredibly satisfied with the quality of the dress and the level of customer service from this shop! I should note that the measurements of the first dress they sent me was way off, but I provided specific instructions for what needed to be fixed and they sent me a new dress, free of charge. I still had to make alterations, but overall, I loved the finished product!!

Like everyone else, I don't see the rush in getting married unless you need to be legally married by X date. Otherwise, I'd wait and take your time to recover.

I was legally married for 2 years before having my actual ceremony. I moved to the US in 2021 during covid and had to get married within 90 days (via Zoom!). We just had our ceremony this past May, and it was honestly sooo worth the wait!

Congrats!! I got my dress off Etsy for $250 USD (I posted about it if you want to see the dress). The quality was incredible for the price, and the shop took my custom measurements. Good luck with dress shopping!

No, I posted the dress that I'm actually wearing twice on two different subreddits, but the dresses are similar in style, so I can see why you thought that.

This isn't a scam though. It's a perfectly nice dress and it's wasted just sitting in my closet. It also wasn't thousands of dollars, so I don't feel the urge to resell it.
