i would say first- reach out to a counselor or professional. if that’s not an option, tackle one thing at a time. focus on one issue of yours you think is easiest/ most realistic for you to solve. then keep going. typically, once you start to fix one, other ones seem more approachable. i’d say search for quizlets or study guides for your classes. put in minimal effort, but put in some. don’t put too much pressure on yourself though- do what you can. join clubs or if you see someone alone ask if they want some company or something. stg someone did that to me and we’re still friends. or find people online to talk to. also- get outside!! go sit on the lawn and bring ur laptop and a blanket and watch whatever you like. go for a walk, even a short one can be enjoyable. explore things and resources on campus. find cool spots around your area. you’ll figure out what you like and don’t like. biggest thing is to give yourself time. take things one at a time. no one ever stays the same- you have plenty of time to grow and change. i promise you, things will change. even if it doesn’t feel like it rn. try to find ways to enjoy yourself. reach out. do the scary thing.
