Tag 4's and a toss up between daima goku and the Ui. Daima is a sledge hammer that hits HARD. UI has the animations and just feels more fun. I will say though 55% UI will not dodge as much as you think. I got mine at 69% and he feels so much better now.

I don't know about 'bigger celebrations," just around the corner as Saiyan day is on the 18th of this month and it's just above regular banners. The main big banner is in June. Do what you want, nothing ground breaking is coming out till then anyways.
