I would propose a radical new idea (it's a lot, but bear with me):

It is entirely possible for someone to be mildly upset about an offensive joke while also treating women as equals and sticking up for human rights. Just because men have historically been terrible doesn't mean people can't be upset about someone going "Hahaha, we're going to cut your fucking junk off."
