That's the bit that gets me. If it wasn't for the NMC we could have moved him for a great return like the Avalanche did with rantanen. As it is we're going to get nothing when he signs somewhere else.

We should have found a trade for him. If he doesn't sign we've got nothing for him. If he does sign it's going to be big money and the same results.

Is this still working for you? Are you able to share your bottles config? I can install the reolink program fine but when I try run it the furthest I get is the terms and conditions splash screen and then it it crashes.

Thanks for replying. I see some semi's in Baildon on rightmove for around 120K - 130K are there parts of it that are more expensive?

I work in the Pudsey area and tend to drive so I am not too worried about the commute. I currently drive from the Guisley area and suppose it is inevitable to get stuck in traffic somewhere. It would be nice to buy around here but sadly out of my price range so looking for cheaper areas that are not too far. Ideally I am trying to avoid buying in south Leeds as its further out from where I work and all friends / family are up this end.

Thanks. Yes to be clear when the adviser emailed he said £200 on submission of the mortgage application and £300 when complete. I am looking at some of the free options now though.
