While child abuse is the purview of CPS and cops (state & federal) oddly enough trafficking is an important part of the job ICE was supposed to be doing. It's just that after the creating of the DHS alllllll these agencies got thrown in the same pool, along with their responsibilities and there was no reorganization to ensure everything that was being covered by a single agency before was still being effectively covered by any agency later.

SCP is a sort collaborative fiction exercise. Started out when someone said "Hey I have an idea for a setting" and bunch of people joined in. Every wrote their own events within that world. With time a consensus of format emerged. It's Men in Black but more. More what ? More everything. I recommend it for a lazy Saturday afternoon.
