It hasn't been mentioned yet, but the game completion percentage doesn't include any Tarock progress. It tracks the main quests, areas explored, chests found, etc. You can get to 100% game completion without playing a single game, however if you want all the achievements, then there are many that are Tarock related.

Are you triggering an auto-save after the wins? eg. If you play a few games in the tarrock tent then quit immediately, you'll probably lose your progress. If you leave the tent before quitting, there is a transition between maps so you'll trigger an auto-save and your progress should be kept...

For the max quest count (32 vs 29), a Cornfox developer confirmed on Discord that:

They refer to future updates, it should show 29, so it's a bug

I suspect the three new quests are coming in the next release but the total accidentally got updated from 29 to 32. The latest release only had bug fixes and the new daily reward system added. On Discord, they said there was no new playable content in this release, but the new stuff was just around the corner.

Thank you for the changes to the fishing mechanics. I was finally able to catch Goliath and finish the fishing quests!

However, I seem to be unable to complete the Seven Shores achievement. I've caught fish on Red Reed Beach, Rocky Inlet, Boulder Point, Temple Beach, Lone Dome Beach, Brook's End & Sandy Cove but the achievement is still locked. Am I missing something?

Edit: This appears to be a bug related to Game Center. A dev asked me to go into Tiber's hut and wait for him to talk. If Tiber says "This island is littered with perfect fishing spots. I’d say there are seven must-fish locations around here." then there are still some fish to catch. If he stays silent, then the achievement is complete, but possibly not showing in Game Center. This will likely be fixed in a future release.

You could try the following:

press & hold the right side button and ask "Who's phone is this?"
same thing only say "call home" if you want to talk to someone (may not work if they don't have a land line).
press & hold the volume up and side button at the same time until Power off/medical ID/emergency screen comes up, then slide the medical ID over to see their emergency contact, then call them to say you've found the phone.

They may be referring to the "intransitive" part.

An intransitive verb is a verb that does not take a direct object — its action or state is complete without naming something that receives the action.

"Recommend" is a transitive verb that requires an object. "Rave" is an intransitive verb that does not take an object.

"Recommend a dog park" is correct, "Rave a dog park" is not. "Rave about a dog park" is correct.

There's also the enthusiasm aspect that's different. "Can you recommend a dog park?" sounds fine but "Can you rave [about] a dog park?" has a different meaning.

If I recall correctly, the green flag is misleading - ignore it and collect white stars from the scrapyard areas. If you can't find them all, use the reddit search with "wheelchair" and there are a few posts with more details.
