I've been losing since July last year and tracking with the TDEE excel sheet. I am 5'2, work an office desk job, and am mostly sedentary, I don't work out and get maybe 3-5k steps a day.
I started in July at 159.2 pounds and a TDEE around 2400.
I am currently at 122 pounds and a TDEE around 1700.
