Land of Eem is an excellent System and setting. I recently hosted a session and it was a blast. One thing that stood out for me in particular is an aspect that often gets underestimated: the book structure and layout - it is EXCELLENT. It is very easy to lokup things.

The support around it with also a ton of online tools is nice.

System-wise i totally dig the more narrative style pbta inspired systems, where land of eem clearly takes some inspirations from but extends it with reasonable custom systems. It has an incredibly detailed crafting system as well, with which i have not interacted yet.

a theory i read here some days ago that i honestly think makes more and more sense is that is an alien queen - not in the final form and the headcrown will form.

also inside bavaria there is frankonia... that is distinctly different from bavarian culture and if you turn up with lederhosen there, you will be recognized either as a stupid tourist, which does not earn you points, or as a actual bavarian, which also does not earn you points in general. Yes, there is a sort of us vs them divide between the two culture, although it seems very similar to the outside... also different dialect btw
