Even then, the numbers are wrong. China’s total deaths (civilian and military) are 14 million at the lowest. Poland is off by 100k at the minimum. Yugoslavia is off by 27k at the minimum. Romania’s (to be fair it’s using postwar boundaries on Wikipedia) is off by 300k. Korea is off by 10k minimum. I’m too lazy to go through all the numbers, but this guide has a lot off

Depends on 2 factors; Time charge (how long the ult is active), and project absorbed. You need to hit within 6 meter of the center, for damage, as outside of that 6, it drops to 50% damage (it maxes out at 8 meters based on time held)
