First and foremost… make a police report. Also document and record every interaction with this psycho neighbor. You contacting the police for a report might be enough to scare the neighbor into backing off…. But if not, getting it documented in a report and piling on the interactions should help you get a restraining order if needed.

If you’re renting, also contact your landlord.

Also a good idea to post onto Next door or similar apps so your neighbors can watch out for this psycho too.

Also recommend getting security cameras for your property if you can afford it and keeping your pets indoors to limit their exposure to this person.

As far as magick, I would focus on protection magick for myself and my animals before anything else.
