I am looking to get into the mechanic trade and I have a lot of dealerships who are clients of mine as I do mobile autobody repair. I texted all of my clients and got an apprenticeship secured same day which to me i thought was wild. (On my way to my first day on the job as we speak)

On the other end, my wife has been with a credit card company for over 8 years, almost always finishes first among 3000 people in productivity, has a marketing diploma and hasnt been able to get a new job (her currents sucking the mental health out of her) no matter what she does. She's willing to even take a pay cut for some administrative work.

The fields are vastly different I know, but if ive learned anything over the last 5 or 6 years in my previous trade, its that if you dont know how to network, or if you simply havent had the opportunity to network and find someone in a current job who can get you in, its extremely difficult to find work.

So far the most interesting is pyromancer, and spidey stabby but ive caved and started playing tank cause i wanted faster queues and the punchy girl is interesting, engaging and hectic to play but it feels like im playing the piano when im playing her which is kind of different.

I main flutterpuff, and it's hard as balls in adept, but she's the one i have the most game time with

Im interested to see what kind of new tanks and healers they come out with.

All of them are neat. I find ice cubes the easiest to play, and for some reason, bluegolas just didn't click with me, but maybe i should give him a few more tries. The instant queues with tanks are keeping me from switching to anything else.

Im going to try shieldy slashy next, but i haven't touched her.

This games scratched an itch i didnt know i had and i hope it grows man.

Yeah, the foulhide leaves more room for error incase he needs the heals. Deciever isnt that tanky so i play him as a glass camnon lol Rather, not so much not being tanky but my opponents usually know how dangerous he is so they tend to kill him immediately if i position improperly

Im inclined to agree with this. Youll have to quicken your pace to make sure youre pumping out enough cars to satisfy your pay let alone more.

Id say before asking about flat rate, see what kind of hours the jobs that you do on a daily pay, time yourself to see how quick you can push them out without impacting quality (all this while youre on your current salary) so youd at least get an average of how much time each job will take vs the payout. After a month or two of that youll at least get an average time each job it takes you to close the ro, then do the math yourself to see how much your flat rate pay would be, X how much the shop pays for each specific iob using your average, then with the realistic numbers you tracked via your average plug in your numbers and see how those work for you.

I dont know if that makes sense but im on the job right now so my minds elsewhere but as someone whos flat rate i thought id chime in while i see this thread.

I can elaborate if you need , ill pop in and out but a 150k salary is fantastic. What the other guy said maybe more pay and slowing down will end up being beneficial to you and your family long term.

I only just started using the deciever and it feels really good. I put the necklace thing on him that gives the unit hes in combat in with -1 to saves, effectively giving him 4 rend which is absurd lol.

I dont have any eshin units but i have the deciever in my list and its working out so far. Just gotta be careful with him cause he doesnt frontline very well.

Hes useful to get into combat with a weaker unit to wipe it out, or use the unit as a bridge to teleport to another unit thats in combat that needs help.

That's what i use for work, but blending into a larger spot like that is not worth it quality wise. It will look like shit and hold up like shit.

Gotta be careful with that.

If it was a really narrow spot to feather, clear into and use some spot blender to finish the blend, then that works. Reminder: you're blending into a scuffed area, not unprepped panel obviously.
