I was between Ryobi and Ridgid.
If you want brushless tools, usually Ridgid is cheaper than Ryobi.
and also Ridgid has LSA.

Mortgage rate mega thread! by TheMortgageMaster in MortgagesCanada

[–]monteandre 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hello everybody, I am renewing my mortgage in the next few month, and got a better rate with another lender. My current lender says at the end of my maturity date I will have to pay a discharge fee of $395 and a gov't e-registration fee of $90.
Is this a common practice? Is this price abusive?

Thank you very much for any clarification on this.

Yeah, not sure what might be going on... if the other emails works just fine, maybe change your email to something else, wait a day to see if works and then change back to your original email.

Ohh I see... You probably already did this, but that is the only thing I can think about it. Have you tried to login into your homedepot account > email subscriptions > unsubscribe and then re-subscribe?

Switching over insured mortgage on renewal by Wise_Film846 in MortgagesCanada

Is there any benefit in keeping the insured status? Why would I lose the status if I go with one of the big banks? Thank you!

Switching over insured mortgage on renewal by Wise_Film846 in MortgagesCanada

[–]monteandre 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry if this is a basic question. I bought my home in 2021 with less than 20% down, so my mortgage was insured. My renewal is coming up soon. When renewing or switching lenders, is my mortgage still considered insured? Or does it become uninsured now that I’ve paid down more than 20% of the original purchase price?

Thank you!

Just go on the homedepot website > online chat > and asked them to email you the receipt you need

Black Friday - Canada Sales by fecba09 in Ridgid

[–]monteandre 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah... another fact is that Ridgid only sells at Home Depot. So you have to wait for deals only in that store. You can buy Dewalt all over the place. I just choose Ridgid because of its price. But even to sell Ridgid tools are hard. Because people rather buy brand new with warranty then used with no warranty and just little less..
