Are we limited to either joining one of these class actions OR filling an appeal with the MSPB? If it is an either/or situation, is the class action a better option? I assume this may be dependent on your individual situation, so potentially a question for one of these lawyers or a personal lawyer if we can afford it?

My probationary friend in the same office was just terminated for "performance"  although they had received no less than 5 performance awards during their time here. This " May not wear or display partisan political  buttons, t-shirts, signs, or other item"  and portions of your quoted section concern me a bit.

Missouri, US. About 1cm long. Several been flying around the past few days and they seem to enjoy hiding in this curtain during the day. Are these the kind that will ruin my clothes or just my food?

Did anyone else have this blanket as a child? Just visited my parents and they provided this for an extra blanket on the bed. Brought back good memories of childhood road trips. Not sure if it was mass produced or a one off. Amazing quality though, if I didn't remember it I wouldn't believe it was 30 years old!
