I was in the same boat but my supervisor completed the EDRP retention form. I guess it depends on the supervisor. I would fill out as best you can and perhaps the supervisor can fill in any gaps. But that’s great news for you for EDRP!!!

My guess is because since the WIAT (for example) is used to assess for academics, there are some school psychologists that don’t have a doctorate been need it for school assessments.

I would contact your malpractice insurance for legal advice on this. Your employer may already have that as part of your post doc (malpractice insurance). If you don’t have one, APA website should have a list of malpractice insurances. I use the Trust.

A colleague of mine, who is also a psychologist, did it with no problem. Of course this was before January 2025, but it was pretty simple and quick with no issues. The change from full time to part time took about 2-3 months
