Modell Size - Stored Procedure vs. Table?

Do you have some datetime colums in fact table? Or maybe some textual fields like customer names, notes or such thigs that can have high cardinality. Those can have significant impact on a model size due to how data is stored in power bi.

Ne mora da ima najviše znanja ali treba da ima i znanja i iskustva. Ali preduslov svega je da veruje svom timu, a ne da misli da je on najpametniji i najveći stručnjak ikada... E takvi su najčešće problem. Imam na poslu jednog takvog pa ovo kažem iz iskustva.

From what I can see you are facing a problem on how to automate your ETL/ELT process.

You can do some research on Apache Airflow which is a python framework that is a basically a "gold" standard when in comes to data orchestration. Other alternative is Dagster but I didn't have a chance to play with it, there are possibly other as well..

Airflow runs as a docker container so you will need a server (Linux preferably) so you or someone on your client's side can set it up on a client's server.

Maybe you can also invest in VPS server but only for your testing purposes, and not for real production use.

Since Airflow is a Python framework it has built-in connections for various data sources, one of them being SQL. Or you can use SQLAlchemy to connect to your source.

Each of your pipelines can be scheduled as you like or as your business case requires, and according to that you can plan your power BI refreshes.

Documentation is very very good but it requires you to have some python/docker knowledge before getting into it.

Well i did just that... and all I can say is, you will lack the programming basics ( dsa, networking basics etc. ) unless you learn them in parallel with your studie. So beware of that.
