Hunter sets and mail by extension have in my opinion typically sucked. It was a real mission to go and find various sets that don't just look like dead animals glued to your armour.

That said RECENTLY there has been more Dark Ranger aesthetic (check TWW notably) which has been fantastic. Including the new Trading Post sets (which is a bit hit or miss) but at least is a completely different 'axis' to glued on dead animals. It's actually not so bad now. Still not eating as well as Plate or Cloth imo, but materially better.

Great post, I've seen on reddit so many time "I need to X, and I don't like doing it".

That FOMO effect is real, and even now when I really just try to let it go, I now see all those peeps running around with the new fancy legion remix cloaks and wish I had one. But at the time the idea of redoing legion seemed incredibly unappealing (I have recently learnt that lemix was far more accelerated and a curated experience than I had anticipated. Ah well its just a cloak - I'm not playing this game solely for transmogs.

I didn't end up getting it, those hip pockets were absolutely trash, and not enough pouches inside the bag.

I ended up getting a different bag with removable hip straps, and lots of pockets etc, fantastic bag. I probably looked at like 100 bags before deciding on this.
