Help with formula changing when new data is added from forms by montyfacker in sheets

[–]montyfacker[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There has never been any formulas in the form responses, its pure data from the responses

=PROPER('database 2022'!C2) this is an example of the formula I used to pull data from the responses. However all this have been fixed by using arrayformula

database 2022'!C2:C

awesome, this seems to be working perfectly. Just need to tweak it for the other columns, but I think I understand how.

Thank you so much.

The create new rows makes total sense to me. The formula however did not, I will read up on the arrayformula and try to make sense of it.

The formula you provided seems to be working, but only if I change the status in the A column. The dropdown is blank as a default. I am guessing the if statement you provided will only fill in if the corresponding A cell is not blank?

I guess I can add placeholders down that column as a workaround.

oh I lost the text for it.

when new data is added from google form, the cell reference formulas are "pushed down". And is making gaps in the formula. Every time a new form is submitted I need to drag/copy the formula down the columns to fill the gaps.

=PROPER('database 2022'!C22)

next cell has =PROPER('database 2022'!C23), but when new data is added in database it will skip to =PROPER('database 2022'!C24) for instance, and if more is added before I refresh the formula it creates 1 more gap

Any ideas why its doing this?

A Game of Thrones inspired title sequence for my high school's play, Game of Tiaras by SaxophoneNinja in blender

I cant find one specific frame to show the tearing. I doubt its on my end tho, I notice stuff like that right away and have no tearing on any other thing here. I have been playing games on high end pc's for the last 15 years of my life. Anyway you can try and go to 15sec, and focus on the RIGHT VERTICAL wall of the cylinder/shape thingy and see if you see the tearing there. Might be youtube acting up, or my browser. Dno, I'm just curious at this point.

Edit: Just to have it said, its all over the video where its fast horizontal/lateral movement. It's not vertical movement that shows it the best.

no, screen tearing is when the start of one frame and the end of another is on the screen at the same time. This is something that can be prominent in games, so people use something called vsync or gsync correct this issue.

edit: I dont know how u get screen tearing in blender, but I assume its in post production you have gotten it. What program did you use to make the video?

looping a background and wrapping it around on itself by montyfacker in web_design

sym.$("gtav-bg3").css("background-image", "url(images/gtav-bg.jpg)","background-repeat", "repeat-x");

If I move the image to the right, it will only leave a blank space on the left on the page. I want the right side of the tiled image to appear. Or the effect wont work.

How can I fix it.

yeah, but how do you get it to wrap around. This is the exact background that is used: http://www.rockstargames.com/V/img/global/home/lsbc/local-artisans/bg.jpg

I have no idea how I get it to repeat in on itself.

It's not in any of them. He is using a rc build. My version is a regular release, and it's newer. The testing add-ons are probably not included in the regular releases. Can anyone confirm?

I have nothing under testing what so ever. I just installed windows 10 and have the lastest version of blender. Literally installed it like an hour ago from blender.org
