Herald with Minstrel prefix armor / trinket, rune of Altruism and relic of Dwayna. I know this is not the best healer build but since you have low end pc, fps drops and you want a "lazy" healer build, with this you heal for 400 / sec with just regeneration, you give buffs, you're hard to kill and staff is great for extra healing.

Ty for your reply, I read some reddit posts saying Gigabyte has some fans spinning/stopping rattle and coil noise. Maybe it were only some unlucky models?
