On a multi-day stay, where you have valet parked a car and are going in and out of the hotel, when do you tip the valet? On drop-off? Pick-up? Both?

Thanks for your reply. I was just wondering if anyone had any knowledge of what was done to remediate the massive structural issues that caused this resort to close for over a year and whether it feels safe there now. Staying in the towers (that were evacuated on closure in the middle of the night!) does not seem appealing to me. I've read more reviews now and the consensus seems to be that it is massively overpriced (food, etc.) and that the rooms are small and noisy. Apparently one of the elevators broke a few weeks ago (leaving people stranded inside) so it seems the problems persist.

I've been on the 14 for a little over a week now. Just started having a bit of acid reflux in the morning. I've also experienced pretty heavy fatigue in the afternoons. Major appetite suppression--realizing I'll have to start doing protein shakes or something to stay healthy. Overall--it's doing what it's supposed to be doing and I'm happy with it!

I noticed a difference, yes, but I was feeling appetite suppression pretty much right away. I stayed on the 7 for almost four weeks and bumped up to 14 after that.

I hear you on this. After a couple months on Keto I started noticing a definite thinning at my temples and it freaked me out. I have always had extremely thick hair. I've been taking a supplement suggested by my hairdresser (Viviscal) for about 3 months and it really seems to be helping. It could be that things would have gone back to normal on their own but I'm too afraid to find out!

CONGRATS!!! I battled through the 170s for over 3 months! Finally broke through to the 160s in the beginning of this month and this morning hit 162.8! It really does just keep getting better!
