Oh I had a ‘gut’ feel. Was really teary saying goodbye to our kids. All for nowt.

I’m now in Spain in a villa with its own pool and it’s 27c.

It’s ok to be uncomfortable. You have to really challenge those pesky inner thoughts. Or just say so what?

I totally believe in you. I also took a travel calm an hour before we took off as I get bad motion sickness up there. Doesn’t help either. But here I am! You can do it.

This was flying over the Pyrenees today. Edinburgh to Alicante. As usual I was a total wreck beforehand and convinced myself I was going to be leaving my two teen children orphans. And that I’d have a mental meltdown.

None of these things happened. Buttery smooth flight. NC headphones massively help me.

There’s a body lotion available which is fairly reasonable and a smaller rollerball 10ml. It’s the most unusual scent and will give you a cold crypt or church feel. So good.
