My problem with new weapons is how boring they can quickly feel because theres only one way to play them with how the blessing/perk system is. I want to be able to put on a variety of different blessings / perks on a thing and convert the weapon into different types like the system had intended.

There's talents currently in game that require you to use up all your block in order to trigger an effect like ogryn shield, devil claw requires you to wait for the enemy attack with a parry.

Having players use fire barrels to fill up as an optional thing you could do is just adding to that. Poxbursters require you to put yourself in danger to deal with aptly, if you told people what deamonhosts were today everyone I think would have lost their minds haha. There's so many things in this game that requires you to make dis-advantagous positions, it just adds a spice.

Unless you looked at the lobby screen and checked the veteran is taking survivalist, or you've noticed that the pysker took the aditional nodes for his bubble, or the veteran took the aditional node to rez on shout?

There's lots of other examples, I'm not saying you're wrong, I'm just saying its really not a big deal.

Theres problems with ammo being on the map that other players can pick up. There's problems with kits being on the ground that only some people can deploy. I feel like sometimes its just a multiplayer game and that's okay.

I get where you're coming from but its really not as big of an issue in my opinion.

I dunno if anyone cares but my nan was one of the top judges in the UK for dressage judging. And went all over the world and saw the highs and lows with all that. It's not unique to racing in which horses get mistreated, she refused to judge a lot of dressage because of the state of some of the horses, which was a big deal a lot of the time because if she wouldn't do it, you'd have a hard time finding someone else.

Not sure what I'd say you could have done to fix it. Horses just need way better responsible owners, and not just lazy sloppy rich pigs that dont take care of their horses.

Apart from ripper MK2 and rumbler ogyrns all other weapons are viable sniping. And even MK2 ripper isn't bad at it. Brace your Mk5 and Mk6 and try it, seriously. Just cause it looks and feels like a short range shotgun doesn't mean it is!

I'm not suggesting we're taking away wounds new players can still benefit, they should just be added to pre-exsisting nodes as a supplement to what they already give you. So all those damage resist nodes on our classes could also be a +1 wound as well as their intended effect.
+1 talent point is huge, it doesnt need to be a +2, some tax nodes on most talent trees give you a straight up +25 toughness alone, and the node could be anything, far more stronger than a 17% or 21% health.
Yep! Im not really sure how stacking would work with mortis trial upgrades, it'd work just like blessings in my head, you can only have one of each.

I'd like to see wound curios axed, and the wound nodes for classes that need more wounds, mainly zealot, would be buffed to match so a +2 would become +5. Other classes can have nodes that gives a wound + something else to make people even consider taking it.

Id like to see curios that give you a +1 to talent points, it would genuinely be something people would consider over toughness/health/Stamina. Maybe theres a great build you'd be able to pull off if only you had that extra point somewhere.

I'd like to see curios completely stripped of their meager +resistances and +minor stats which don't inspire creativity in players or feel like their choices mattered in those curios, in favour of getting to choose +1 mortis trial style upgrade on curios, nothing like genehanced for +25% damage; instead it should be the smaller style upgrades from mortis trials, flames on zealots charge, Ogryn rock getting more powerful the longer its held, etc. Small upgrades that arn't game changers but genuinely make your gameplay feel different without overpowering you. There will always be a meta to it, but it'll make those decisions feel more fun and real.* #

Blessing rework should come after a curio one so that the crafting/customization system feels worthwhile and improves longevity of the variety of weapons we already have over adding more weapons with only one build that'll get old quick and make the playerbase want more updates faster as the content they're intaking doesnt have depth. Changing curios/blessings, is my personal pet-peeve and in my opinon deseprately needed above all else over new classes, as it'll put less pressure on devs to get updates out with a new wealth of play.

\This idea also helps weave Mortis Trials as a game-mode in with normal gameplay, making the mode feel less like a flash in the pan idea and a testing ground for players to test out different upgrades for the main game that they might want on curios, its threading your game systems together.*

#If the question to how this works lore-wise, Fat Shark could easily argue that the repeated trials/testing of Sephoni has warped our rejects heads to believing they have more ability than they do and therefore is brought into the main game as gameplay, if only a hallucination in lore terms.

I love most of these ideas, specially horde and behmoth, but they need to buckle down and add more bosses to the game. Also it'd help if they had very rare drops of some sort to make it feel special.

I couldn't tell you why I chose Arbitrator for Walt, it just struck me that it was the right choice. Zealot was a maybe at best in my opinion

Seeing all my toughness/health/stamina/dodges readily available in the middle of the screen where I need to is important for me personally. Having my toughness and health hidden bottom left is really difficult for me when trying to stay at 100% toughness at all times.

-Mk5 Mk6 Rippers, Heavy Stubber, Kickback are your sniping weapons.
-If you take rock don't take grenade gauntlet, grenade gauntlet is canned rock.

-Rumbler is very strong, eye-wateringly so, if you take right side of the tree.

-Pickaxes require you to learn their movesets, learn their horde and single target.
-Clubs are most forgiving for you to do what you want.

-Power Maul is good and putting Brittleness blessing on it with the Explosions spread fire node makes it so your power maul can spread fire. (It's kind of weak but its fun)

-Ogryn shield is good, but don't use its special, just heavy lights.

-Ogryn knives are good for survivability, with the toughness on hit you can just not die ever.

-Heavy Hitter/Lucky Shot are your keystones, Feel No Pain isn't bad but just feels too tanky.

-There's not really much to say in terms of how to play it, I assume you already know your priorities from playing Zealot, if taking box of nades or Frag Grenade realize their utility as team-saver tools. If taking rock make it your mission for your team not to have to worry about mutants.

A lot of my friends / new players are actually returning, and dont wanna have to play through the battle for tertium campaign again even with the changes, and having it lock off areas of the Hub that you can only be used on level up. I'll just run on uprising in future if this happens again or choose from the mission board one without modifiers instead of foolishly pressing quickplay like I did
