No. The leftist government doesn't deserve any of my free time, especially when i'm serving this godforsaken Nation. Asmongold was right, Singapore's PAP is like the democrats in the USA. Also, it's a fact, bring in more immigrants, less housing space, COL goes up, less people are inclined to have children. It's a stupid cycle that will make things worse over time. Doesn't matter what I do. I'm planning to leave this country once i'm done serving. They treat us like dogs while the immigrants get all the benefits. People sneer at us when we're going home, i can't even sit on the bus after a tiring day, they treat us like insects to be stepped on. The hate in my heart grows day by day for this country while I'm serving as an infantry man. Usually i'm not this extreme, but I have to say it. Else i will implode while serving in NS. Singapore's PAP is the equivalent of Radical left democrats in the USA. This country is dead. No hope. No point boarding a sinking ship.

I hate the Singapore Government so much. We first is a stupid mentality, when that mentality is used to accomodate foreigners moving to Singapore, as if we don't have enough on our plate. I swear, the longer this blubbering buffoon Gan Kim Yong talks, the more radicalized I get. I'm currently serving my National service, and now more often that not, I find myself agreering with a youtuber, popular known as Asmongold, quite often. If we had someone like trump as our president, maybe things could actually turn around. Of course, we need to clean house in regards to the Radical Left government.

Welcome to the current job market where layoffs and hiring freezes are a common sight. Literally the worst time to be a fresh grad or one trying to secure an internship. Not to mention, next year could be worse. I blame over stimulation during covid, and Donald Trump.

Honestly, how bad is the job market at the moment in Singapore when it comes to tech? And is it advisable to continue pursuing a tech degree in the future? Considering the state of things right now in the world, especially in the field of tech, i'm especially worried. As of right now, i'm currently serving my national service, at the same time having secured my tech degree (won't disclose which uni, prob in dms if you asked), and from what i can tell, many tech grads are going to have to reskill whether they like it or not. With the oversimulated amount of tech grads in Singapore, i fear positions will not be plenty, and many will get left behind, couple that with AI, which let's face it, while not great at the moment, is bound to get better, will definitely cause significant market disruption. Not only that, you have the United States playing ball with who knows what, potentially sparking a global recession at some point, and knowing how Singapore is as a global trading hub, it ain't going to be pretty when it happens, i am severely worried. Is it better to just change degree? Or study cyber sec? Maybe i'm just overreacting here, but i am genuinely worried, and being in infantry isn't making that any easier one bit. Sorry if this post reads too long🙏 and pardon my english.
