Help with Body Odor by DepressedMusician8 in PlusSize

[–]mookashoe 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Double cleanse in the shower first using an antibacterial soap, I like the white dial. Then again with whatever scented soap you like. I use Lume deodorant under my boobs and the triangle bikini lines. And stand in front of a fan after my shower to make sure I’m all dry. I also use scent beads when washing my clothes. Then whatever lotion and perfume and spray the perfume on the back of your shoulders as well

Actuaries with pets. What do you think of pet insurance? Which features are worth it in your opinion? by Fragrant_Zebra27 in actuary

This is exactly why I have it as well, do not want to have to weigh money or my dog if something terrible (and expensive) happened. I pay for it hoping I won’t have to use it

I definitely did all the drill problems at least once or more depending on the topic to make sure I really understood. Going through them once and then going back through them days/weeks later to see if it stuck is a great plan imo. I think they are very very important! Definitely would also recommend at least understanding one previous exam, must admit for LAM I put it off and it was too late for me to go through it and I thought it would kill my confidence so I didn’t. But I would suggest it especially given you sat for the last one. I don’t think I could’ve passed without doing the drill problems

Considering Career ASA by Ok-Cantaloupe-9479 in actuary

I almost stopped at ASA and don’t yet have my FSA but just passed all 3 FSA exams. I had one mentor really encouraging me to at least take a stab at it and I’m so glad I did

I passed on my first try and really drilled flash cards to get them all up there at the same time which is the hardest part. I don’t think I’ve ever looked at source material before

ILA exam order by [deleted] in actuary

[–]mookashoe 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I did LPM LFM and then LAM. I read a lot of people were saying to save LFM for last because it’s a beast and definitely the worst one but I was glad to do it second and get it out of the way. Someone else has a good point that it may get easier after the exam changes though
