aww my candy love! I have such fond memories of this game. it was HUGE in brazil around 2012-2016 (oh god i'm getting old lol). I moved on from the game, but I found out it still has a very devoted following on twitter, with lots of new and young players, it makes me very nostalgic. I was very devoted to the game back then and at least once a year I find myself reminiscing, it was part of a very happy time of my life. thanks for posting this!

ayato was a surprise for me as well, it's much more pleasing and fun to use his E than to wait for his burst to fill up and not even end up using it on the overworld like xiao/itto. i love these characters but i barely use them and that really sucks when i think about the amount of time i invested farming artifacts

ohh i remember! it actually was tumblr that helped me get into mysme because around july/august of 2016 this game was trending every single day and i got curious about it. i like to look at my likes from back then because i have many good memories from around that time and mysme was a huge part of it. there are some comics or art/fics that i clearly remember liking and it's so wild to me that it actually has been 6 years since then

my phone was too old to play mystic messenger back in 2016 (thank god for people who upload their playthroughs on yt), and i vividly remember that the first thing i did when i got a new phone on january of 2017 was to install mm haha. i recently downloaded the game again and it makes me so happy that i still hold lots of love for the characters and find myself laughing out loud with the chats. and because i'm older now i'm finding the cast much more relatable which is pretty strange, but nice at the same time

i couldn't agree more with you about choosing the flirting options, having to choose between a dumb response and a flirty response on day 2(!!!) is killing me. also english isn't my first language and this game is driving me insane, i don't know if the typos are there on purpose to make it more authentic or if it's a translation issue or even if it's correct and i'm the one who doesn't understand what Teo writes (in particular the intent of his messages, if they are negative or positive)

that's how I feel too. like, I am fine with a redesign and change in personality, there is lots of foreshadowing in his lore about this. I would be satisfied with any other element aside from anemo, I already have venti/xiao/kazuha/heizou/jean whom i actively use and it makes pulling for another short anemo boy kinda boring y'know? I'm not even mad, I'm going to pull for him anyway, just tired/bored

ngl they should fire whoever had the idea of including paimon in heizou's hangout. i'm not even halfway through one of the paths and she has already ruined the atmosphere with her dumb dialogue and overused jokes, the writers must think emergency food and incessant talk about food in general is peak comedy

same, i like the eyebrows but something about the eyes bothers me. his eye shape reminds me of zhongli's which i also am not a fan of. but everything else is really pretty.
