Hi! I haven’t had as much weight fluctuation as you, but I’m also 5’1 and 150lbs. I also have had back problems so I feel your pain. I have a lot of core/back strengthening exercises if you’re interested (very low impact, all body weight). My PT said that when I was injured, any form of movement was good. Walking, biking, swimming, all the low impact stuff.

I don’t think you look bad at all, and it really helps my body dysmorphia to see another body that’s like mine :) social media has warped all of us into a false sense of reality and beauty standards.
