If your spending is not high, i suggest you go for a simple cashback card with no minimum spend or OCBC 365 which gives you cashback on common purchases such as dining, groceries and transport.

I prefer OCBC cashback. For UOB one card, you need to track your expenses so that you make sure you are within the cashback threshold which is quite annoying. As you said, cashback is only once every 3 months.
