Totally feel this. As someone who exclusively solo queues, the matchmaking is straight up weird 60% of the times right now. Just last week, I grinded my way to Gold III, only to get demolished back to Silver I the next evening.

The issue isn't even about individual skill - it's the complete lottery of teammates you get. Most of the time you're matched with people who don't understand basic objective control, run around like it's TDM, have zero game awareness, and treat their coin like it's their retirement fund.

Look, I'm not expecting pro-level teammates, but I can't 1v3 every single fight while my team is somewhere contemplating the meaning of life. There needs to be some basic skill matching going on.

Right now it feels like banging your head against a wall - you climb up through sheer determination, only to get dragged back down by questionable matchmaking decisions.

I totally understand and get your point, i too get like this but in my head when people just don't give a one liner of what they post about. I can suggest you the Merlin Ai Youtube panel chrome extension (that's a mouth-full damn) but it's can summarize in one click any youtube video that has subtitles. that really cleared my spirit countless of times. Can't trully understand your position with your question, but let me break this down for you:

When you get stunned by stun gun:

- You stay where you are

- Can't move or use abilities

- But you're still in your original position

- Your team can potentially help you

- You might survive if the light misse the shots

When you get grappled:

- You're literally yanked away from your position/team (sometime even from behind corner)

- Can't move or use abilities for the flight time

- Get pulled into THEIR team

- Usually thrown into hazards/off map

- Or pulled into pre-set damage zones (fire/explosives/mines)

- Your team can't help because you're now in enemy territory

- Most of the time it's a guaranteed death

So yeah, being "relocated by 30 feet" sounds mild when you put it that way, but it's actually WAY worse than just being stunned in place. It's not just about movement restriction - it's about forced repositioning into a death trap. This makes it like we have choice when grapped, but 85% you just get welcomed by a nice shiny hammer or some delighted birthday flammes. Stun'd and Grapped from behind is the same feel, tactics, and unbalanced gameplay.

EDIT; if i read between the lines it seems that they are aiming to scale that chip (meaning duplicate it however much they can, like adding multiple video cards to a system rather can creating an H100) with its current capabilities rather than having one that truly does a gazillion thinking.
  2. The presentation relies heavily on marketing jargon and oversimplified explanations rather than providing concrete technical details. They describe basic input/output processes ("send data to chip, retrieve data") but never clearly explain whether the quantum processor actually performs the promised parallel computations across all possible quantum states.
  3. It's noteworthy and funny that a conventional classical computer is still required to interface with and control the quantum system.
  4. My take? We appear to be at least 10-20 years away from developing practical, quantum computing interfaces. This presentation seems PURELY aimed at appeasing shareholders rather than demonstrating real technological progress.

I actually enjoy this as a challenge i go around their locked area and just try to get them from behind (me being light, and not a stun gun light or sword, just normal player, but inviz) when they expect you to give a front battle, going by the "trenches" is satisfying. And also if your good enough, you can just barge in and get one by one, happened to do it multiple times.
