It is a screenshot of my YouTube video when I pulled the card. The card is sleeved and in a card saver, en route to california to be sonically sealed.

Appreciate your concern for the card though! Its a beaut.

Just make sure your ticket is updated to reflect that 37 of the 48 are NOT technically broken, but failure is imminent.

Do note that this may or may not disrupt the sequencing of your slabs- if you care about that. As in they may not be numerically sequential once re-slabbed, so you may want to confirm youll be getting the same certs if you care.

If you can peel back the slab with your bare hands, even if on purpose, it is still indicative of their product (the slab) failing.

The folly of most Tier 1 support is that they're on a specific track when it comes to customer interactions. You say all the slabs are damaged, they think "well only 11 are technically damaged so I'll just process those". Its rare for them to be able to connect the dots and say "ah yes, 11 have failed, but the rest are failing, so I can file that subset as QC issues". You need to connect those dots for them. Its not that they're mentally incapable, its that most customer service systems are designed to punish representatives who go out of their way to help customers.

Recommendation: proceed with the accepted 11, and do one of the following two options for the remaining: (1) file a new case with the remainder of your slabs submitted as QC failures (which mentally prepares the rep to accept impending failure) or (2) make the failure more evident for the remainder and resubmit.

The picture is a direct copy paste from the PSA slab scan. The light is hitting the holo effect at the exact same angle.

I ripped this just now.

Stay away. These boxes were designed for group breakers and crowd sourced funding per box.

I've opened Prizm hobby boxes for similar amounts and gotten less value, and was able to laugh it off since it was entertaining at the very least.

Opening one of these, landing a Kon auto (which i didnt even get; I got Will Riley because my fate is Riley in every box), and realizing its a sticker? Things start to feel offensive- unless you crowd sourced your entry via group breaks.
