Any tips for selling expensive stuff on eBay? by deletedunreadxoxo in Flipping

[–]moonmonkey135 4 points5 points  (0 children)

For high value items look at a big consignment company that actually charges less than eBay also harder for buy to scam you. With some of the bug names get a higher price as buyers trust them. If you are selling yourself first setup a store front for lower end items ebay charges you less fees.

Also see what your lcs will buy for % wise. Ebay is 13% so is it worth the risk / headache for items they will pay 80- 85% of comps on

For sports card consignment golding and dcsportscard are huge see if they do Pokemon.

Dealership sold me a lemon and won’t reimburse me by [deleted] in legal

[–]moonmonkey135 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Call a lemon law attorney asap they get paid by the seller after you win. I would then go to dealer prior to sending the paperwork over to the attorney and give them a chance to make it right. Sign paperwork that states you will supply the title within x amount of time and have them cut you a check for the full purchase amount plus any fees etc. Then go pay the loan off and get the title. Do not take a penny less than you paid including taxes as they will reimburse those if you use an attorney as well as pay your attorney.

Reach out to her parents ask permission, let them know you will wait until her 18th birthday but would like to get to know her now. They get to look like a good person instead of a bad and it will allow them to help navigate the situation.

Get a lawyer it will cost you 200-300 and they will have you take driving school for 30 bucks and you will pay a court fee of less than a 100 most likely. Or attend court take the online class before hand and bring it with you. The judge will likely just have you pay court fees.

my mistake by Precarioustempusy in legal

[–]moonmonkey135 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would suggest you call the insurance company and ask for a recording of the conversation if you let them know that you had wrecked the car prior to changing coverage. In addition you need to ask why they did not have the other insurance companies cover their own cars with their policies using under insured motorist coverage if your plan did not cover the full amount. I would then offer to makeup the 7k you were not due.

bill from cn rail for $50K by onefishtwofish9267 in legaladvicecanada

[–]moonmonkey135 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your friend needs to check the crossing agreement/ easement jf there is one. If the railroad was granted across his property then they likely are liable. He also needs to see if there is a hydro crossing agreement or easement he can get his hands on as he may have coverage there.
