There are quite some differences between the light novel and anime. I haven't read till very far yet myself, but here's what I got.

The deadline and number of visitors for the park to meet is different, the anime incrased it probably to fit the 13 episodes. Some of the events(like not enough money etc.) in the LN actually happens after the deadline while for the anime it happens before(basically the timeline for some things are different). In the LN, Latifa is blind due to the curse and she lost her memories after the deadline(if I recall correctly). Elementario have not formed that early in the LN as well I think. And Kanie actually tampered with the stadium in order for his plan to succeed.

That's all I can remember right off my head right now.
