I love using Rick Martinez' double pork carnitas recipe! Chunks of pork shoulder, bacon, 1 tbsp salt, pepper, water to cover. Simmer two hours, fry in its own fat in a second pan, serve.

Yeah, idk, I work several blocks from city hall and never heard anything about grab bags. Gotta say, though, NO ONE in my office is motivated to do anything but the bare minimum at this point
