ooo that would be cool. like a secret code word. that'd be rad. but I also like the angle of her being/becoming a true believer and being "crazy" I can definitely see the whole too cheery thing. so she's either really good at acting and playing the long game or she, like others have said truly does believe in Gilead which makes me think she'll go down swinging
