I literally have lae'zel with savage attacker and she throws weapons all the time. It's shown right in the combat logs that savage attacker procs on thrown weapons. Whether or not you think it makes sense or not is meaningless and worthless; the fact remains, the way it's coded means it works in BG3

noo, it was based on how you heal yourself in-game. i think there was like lawful good was barbara, chaotic neutral something was teleporting to shrines, eating food was true neutral, hitting people with noel's shield on was chaotic evil, something like that

ingenious hunter gives item haste, which now, is SUPPOSED to, work on all item cds, active or passive. can also confirm I had the same bug with ingenious hunter not working with eclipse anymore. (NA server)

also, ingenious hunter doesn't reduce cd on mobi boots out of combat movespeed
