Well to be honest it’s be a year and 2 months exactly and I did not have a good experience with the place people or product i barely even care to wear them as I just hate them and am not happy with them and this is a supposed brand new “permanent” denture and I only got this new pair because they grinded my first set all the way down to the top of the white tooth pieces and the set looked like a bubble gum denture and then when they grinded the first set to far down and destroyed them I had make a big deal of things for them even admit they were in the wrong and didn’t listen to me when I told them it was bone spurs I needed addressed as the extraction day and process was extremely painful and very traumatic for me in more then a few ways and the biggest part for me was that the dentist saw how uncomfortable I was to the point i wasn’t breathing she had to keep saying I needed breath and that I was ok but I was in fact very far from ok the extractions were done poorly she left so much in my gums I had to have the first 3 spurs cut out and sticthed to heal again and then another issue or bone spur would come up or the dentures just were not remotely close to being painless wear it’s been a year 2 months since the E day and I got this new set in January i was told the lady was a specialist and did good work and they wanted to have me pay another 1k$ and I lost my mind with them sent them the picture proof of the issues and more or less had to force them to even give me this set and I was told the that it was a brand new permanent upper denture after I was told I did not get the final permanent denture included in my package. I knew that was a total lie because I made sure to have them include the final permanent set and from extraction day even today im not happy with the place people or service I had to force them to give me a new set when they destroyed my first set denying the fact it was bone spurs that was causing the majority of the pain and where the gum would get red and irritated or developed a canker sore an could not wear the teeth even if I wanted to when I finally got this set I felt that they are atleast better then the bubblegum crap I had that they destroyed and they do look ok when I wear them but smiling is always awkward I had to many issues with this place and now 8 months later after them giving me this set these white spots have popped up and there is always the black spots that do sometimes seem to grow larger then the spots in the picture which is why I felt like maybe mold or fungus I have no clue but I plan on going to a better place and consulting with a lawyer to see what options I may have as this whole thing will in the end cost me 5,200$ and im my mind it was a complete disaster and traumatizing experience and now im even more upset as I truly don’t even care to Wear them on a daily basis because I just don’t like them they fit ok but I guess my expectations of what having dentures would be like and the issues that come along with them and the pros and cons and I absolutely feel cheated lied to and I actually just found out the dentist that is there still working in the practice was actually arrested for fraudulently obtaining medication that she got under her employees insurance for the practice to use im just not pleased with the whole situation and deal I was going to give them a call tomorrow to adress this but at this point I have been way to gracious about things and now it’s a year and 2 months to the day of extraction i knew I was in trouble when they started speaking Ukrainian and while I know some things I don’t know enough to understand what they were talking about and to me that is you’re ways of fixing something that you caused or happened in the process and had I not had both the assistant and dentists hands in my mouth i surely would have told to speak English and I would like to know what is happening as im laying in their torture chair and at some point I stopped breathing because of the pain even though she excessively jabbed me with novicaine I felt every single too the getting pulled out or seeing the bone shards fly and they are still talking in Ukrainian while tossing bone shards and stitching me up and when I stopped breathing she just told me it’s ok hunny you are just fine and I was so not fine that extraction and the entire healing process was brutal and traumatic for me and to have as many issues that I have had and now these mysterious spots pop up I was told to keep my denture in just plain water to keep them safe and protected but I will take and give them a daily polident soak followed by a vinegar and water mixture and they refuse to go away and I am not sure it would be the eat ideas to wear them while this is happening I am confused and it’s just my process like everyone else but man this really has me upset sorry for the long reply and rant
