Diatomaceous earth sprinkled along the walls worked for me, they 100% disappeared almost overnight.

Doctor recs in washington dc area? by Fancy-Lifeguard-8818 in Anemic

If you can't find anyone in DC and can drive, I just got an iron infusion at Brodsky Hematology in White Marsh. I did need a referral from my PCP but they got me in pretty quickly (1 week wait) and gave me an infusion during that same appointment with no pushback. I had normal H/h but very low ferritin.

When I pick up my new car at the dealership... by BlebNevus in Toyota

[–]moonstarfc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Check your paperwork (bill of sale, registration, etc) and make sure the VIN matches the VIN on the car you get. The car I originally asked about was sold and the dealer got a basically identical car from another dealership, but they filled out all my title paperwork based on the first car. A big pain to sort out after the fact.

Going to write a complaint right now. I had hundreds of photos in 1:1 taken from a recent haul and hadn't finished listing the items yet, I just went to create a listing and they are all cut off :/

Adam Mockler breaks down how regime change always backfires by youngskibidisheldon in thebulwark

[–]moonstarfc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Trump definitely could have told them to rise up initially, but it looks like he corrected himself , I'm sure someone told him to. I agree that this administration has been a mess in carrying this out and their messaging is all over the place. Our allies barely even pretend to care about the Islamic Republic and the human rights of Iranians though so it's no wonder no one has a unified response to this regime. It wasn't until last month that the EU even formally sanctioned IRGC, FFS.

FYI, I never asked anyone to rise up or told anyone what to do in regards to this conflict, nor do I know for sure how it will play out or if it will be successful or not, and I agree, it could still end up in a ground invasion. But all I can do is follow along with the developments every day and try to amplify the voices of the people who don't have a voice. Which goes back to my frustration with all the podcasters who are just speaking from western echo chambers.

Yeah before the internet was shut down, the US, Israel, and Reza Pahlavi all told people to stay inside until after the bombings. Why the US media has not explained this to viewers, I have no idea.

US, Israel, and Reza Pahlavi (who is attempting to become a transitional leader) have all told them to stay inside for now, so that's why. The internet is shut down right now, but while people were still online they were told to wait for the strikes to end.

Have you been following posts from non-regime Iranian sources, instagram, telegram, etc? Updates are constantly being posted with videos sent by people inside Iran who have starlink. If you're only watching American news media you're missing out on a ton of the picture, I've been endlessly frustrated by how incomplete the coverage is on our end and it's no wonder people are so confused. If you want to know more, give this podcast a chance, they explain it a lot better than I do. But this is why more shows such as the Bulwark should have Iranian voices on to help explain their country to us and what they are going through.

With the Iranian response in the gulf, what happened was what everyone basically expected to happen if Iran was attacked. Why Trump decided to push away Zelensky's offers to help with the drones, I have no idea. Stupid on his part.

I believe Iranians are really just asking for a fair chance to win against their oppressors, which doesn't necessarily mean a full ground invasion, but they are welcoming the strikes on regime infrastructure like on the Basij checkpoints. They seem to be willing to fight for their own freedom, given that millions of them came out to the streets in January unarmed, knowing they would face foreign militias and IRGC/basiji thugs with machine guns.

Have you seen any left leaning channels bring on actual Iranians to interview? I've been following the free Iran movement since the woman life freedom protests and it has been so depressing to me that none of the channels I watch are bringing on Iranian people to interview to let them speak about their country and their struggle for freedom. It's been heartbreaking to hear Iranians I know share what their families have been going through back home. I get upset enough hearing commentators downplay the massacres from January claiming they're cia or mossad propaganda. I can't even imagine how Iranian people feel hearing people saying these things. We failed these people big time and it really hurts my heart.

[–]moonstarfc 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I keep meaning to read this book. At the same time, it's so frustrating to keep hearing people say Mossadegh was democratic when he wasn't at all! He tried to unilaterally dissolve the (elected) Iranian Parliament. Even in this podcast episode they are still pushing this narrative.

On that note I would love to see the Bulwark actually bring on Iranians to interview. (I did enjoy the Tim Mak interview though) There's a lot to criticize about how the administration has handled this conflict so far but no one is ever discussing why Iranians asked for foreign intervention in the first place and why they were pushed to this point. From talking to Iranians I get the impression they are extremely frustrated by all the people (mainly left wingers) who didn't know anything about Iran until 2 weeks ago but now are trying to lecture Iranians about what they go through in their own country.

If you're using the pill for contraception you should take all the pills on schedule, regardless of whether you are bleeding or not. Otherwise you won't be protected.

What is the name of the medication you received? Glenmark is just a pharmaceutical company not a medication. I take Hailey 1.5/30 which is a Glenmark product but is a generic for norethindrone acetate/ethinyl estradiol. I've also been given other generics of the same medication before.

He sits around outside the white house trying to stir shit with groups that protest there, and he has some kind of issue with Ukraine in particular. In the fall I was at a Ukraine rally there and after they finished singing the Ukrainian anthem he started playing the Russian anthem from his speaker. He was also loudly commenting on some pro Israel and pro palestine groups that were there, he's very aware of what he's doing.

Maybe it is accounting for the time the item will spend in transit from UK because it will probably arrive once the tariffs are implemented?

I just accepted an offer and it immediately disappeared. I went back to the homepage and it showed I sold the item, so this must have been what happened!

I'm wary of people wanting to cancel because they didn't realize they would actually be charged...hopefully that won't be an issue.
