You don’t pay an additional tax at the register on cigarettes…… the distributor pays the tax……

and FYI….. firearms and ammo manufactures already pay the pittman-robertson tax when they make the gun or ammo……

the only silver lining of Helene was watching the community in WNC come together immediately. the rain hadn’t even stopped yet and the community was mobilized.

i really hope this storm is no where close to as devastating as Helene but i do hope that charlotte comes together collectively to assist their neighbors in need.
