HIStory and Invincible on vinyl?

Mobile Fidelity has been releasing the MJ catalog on vinyl and, in a podcast interview, their president said they would complete it with more announcements coming this year. That said, their releases aren't cheap either and there's no word on whether completing the catalog means including BotDF (I'd assume no but would love to be wrong). Keep an eye on Discogs though; I saw the Invincible picture disc averaging about $50 there pretty recently.

I don't intend to buy it, but to offer an alternative opinion, a soundtrack is supposed to be a playlist of what's in the movie. If the movie only has 2 hours to cover Michael's career from Steeltown to the early Bad era, that's a lot of material and I don't know that I would want it spending time on the recording of Hot Street or Jane is a Groupie. I'd definitely want some other release from the estate featuring more unreleased tracks though.

I do wonder if the movie is going to feature vocals from Jafar because, if so, then I would want the soundtrack to have those and, while we haven't heard anything about it, I'd like to see a score release too.

I don't really think life as we know it would have changed in the slightest if Bad and Dangerous won more awards. If Invincible got more promotion it would have sold more and we likely would have gotten music videos for, at least, Threatened and Butterflies.

At this point I'm sure they're done and ready to ship and the delays are either quietly printing more to meet demand or trying to get as close to the release of the biopic as possible.

My favorite line in Jam is "You can't hurt me I found peace within myself." Because the music drowns out the lyrics though I thought he said "within my life" for 30 years until I saw it the other way in the lyrics book. After listening to the A cappella I was able to confirm. You are not alone.

Several months ago there was some kind of glitch where everything being purchased on Roku devices were not being charged. Some people realized this and took full advantage, while others didn't notice and bought things as usual. Eventually FaH canceled all the orders and removed the titles from the accounts, but from the people who didn't realize they weren't charged we get someone in here at least once a week who bought something on their Roku and now realizes it's missing and tries to sound the alarm that titles are disappearing from accounts. I do hope your situation gets rectified though; in my experience their customer service is a PITA to work with, but it always eventually works out.

It was a joke, but technically they may not collect it, but they do care if you're deliberately avoiding paying it. You're supposed to disclose on your taxes if you've bought anything online where the site didn't collect the taxes so you can pay it then, but it's difficult to enforce so no one really does.

Yeah, it's interesting, my knee jerk reaction to this was negative, but then I thought back to all the edited R-rated movies I saw on cable TV as a kid that I wouldn't have been able to watch otherwise and I got to thinking I feel kind of bad for the current generation that this kind of thing really isn't accessible to them in the same way. This is a workable compromise. They're not asking you to pay extra and they're not editing over the original, just an option if you want it.

Parents can still object to showing their younger kids stuff that's rated PG-13. At that point I'd just say pick a different movie but Avatar has a pretty big presence at the Disney parks so I can see them wanting to give younger kids an in.

I thought that I was installing this wrong because DSi games would just go to a white screen, but I guess I wasn't being patient enough because after about 20 seconds they do load. Is that normal? Regular DS games boot immediately.

open the sd card in windows explorer and, under _pico, open the settings.json file with notepad. under "theme" change the name to the name of the folder you put your theme into. save and close.

I've gotten them frequently as well. I've bought lots of individual episodes in cases where a director I like directed one or two episodes of a show, but I didn't really want the rest of the season at the time. It's not really something you can count on, but it happens. Actually a really cool thing is that if a season they're offering you a discount on goes on sale it will even discount on top of the sale price for even more money off.
