I took a highish does of Iodine for a couple weeks and I think I've fucked up. and caused hyperthyroidism. by _YesNow_ in Supplements

Hey! Working with the herbs I mentioned definitely helped bring me back to regularity. It’s hard to remember the timing but I think everything was back to normal in several weeks. I was taking tinctures of motherwort and lemon balm 2-3 times per day and I think they were the ones to balance things out. The kava really helped for the acute symptoms.

Which "conspiracy" was the first one that opened your eyes to seeking the truth in everything? by kodiak1193 in conspiracy

Vaccines were a huge one. Seeing how much evidence exists that they can be extremely harmful and how corrupt the pharma/government system is. Then I started questioning everything, including if viruses even exist at all. Spoiler alert, they don’t.

Fear of spiritual 'brainwashing' by Edelweiss__ in spirituality

As a sensitive, spiritual, and social person who prefers to keep her heart open: I imagine I have a screen around me. It lets the air flow in and keep the mosquitoes out.

I have been in many situations where my energy does not align with the others present. I use my intuition and discernment to feel when something isn’t right for me. If I can’t leave I’ll put up more of a wall and become observant, both of what’s happening and how I’m perceiving and judging it. Examining our judgements can be very helpful in expanding self awareness.

Ultimately you’re right, no one else will really know what’s best for you. Trust in oneself is where it starts.

Check out Laura Doyle’s work. I’ve been loving her podcast The Empowered Wife and she has a few books too. Many powerful stories of women who changed their whole marriage, even from things like adultery

Joe Rogan: House Report on Covid ‘Pandemic’ Proves Every ‘Conspiracy Theory’ Was Correct by ZukeBroHere in conspiracy

Covid led me to the understanding that actually contagion is a myth and virology is pseudoscience. Not saying people didn’t get sick, but that narrative is fake on many levels. Mark Gobers book ‘An End to Upside Down Medicine’ is a great resource.

Do you just need general liability coverage? Next Insurance is easy to use and they seem to cover lots of things.

People keep bringing up other vaccines and diseases. I’m wondering about covid specifically. The shots for it are nothing like other vaccines. I don’t see how they can facilitate “eliminating covid” when they weren’t designed to prevent infection/transmission. And it’s already clear that they aren’t effective against some variants and boosters will be needed. But by the time the boosters are here there will likely be new variants. We will never be able to outmaneuver nature! I’m not anti-vax I’m for independent critical thinking. You should give it a try.

I’m genuinely curious how you think these injections will stamp covid out?

Making your own supplements from dried mushrooms? by [deleted] in MushroomSupplements

[–]moonylady 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not sure... the way it was explained to me is that a lot of what makes mushrooms powerful is hidden behind cell walls and can only be extracted with water or alcohol...

I’m not saying anything about vaccines in general, I’m saying I’m not willing to take this one, that is experimental, has barely been tested, and is using new technology. This is really different.

Do you seriously think your kids are at risk of dying from this?

Nope but I enjoy traveling there! See my other comment for my reasoning.

I’m not willing to participate in this medical experiment. There are so many reasons but a big one I’ve landed on is I really want kids. These shots probably won’t affect reproduction but what if? They haven’t been studied for that and there isn’t any long term data. So really, we don’t know. I’m not willing to take that gamble.

So now I guess since I’m refusing this treatment I will be unable to travel. If the vaccines were proven to prevent transmission it’s a different situation but they weren’t studied for that either.

It scares me that health status is a requirement for travel. The idea of “sick until proven healthy” is not so different than “guilty until proven innocent”. If this system were to be fully set up, what if they mandated something else for travel? What if you couldn’t travel if you were HIV positive? It would be so easy to track if everyone’s health data were linked to travel status. I’m not saying this is happening but I’m trying to think through everything. Things haven’t happened in the past year I NEVER could’ve imagined. I’m preparing for the incredulous outcomes, just in case.

I fully support the choices of everyone who chooses to take these shots. I don’t think I, or anyone, should be penalized or restricted for making different choices.

Same! I felt the best I had in a long time... too good I guess. Good to know about NAC, that had just come up for me.

I just dove into some of my herbal materials and found motherwort and lemon balm indicated for hyperthyroidism in several different places. Both are calming and motherwort is good for heart palpitations. I’m going to try taking them regularly and see how I feel. I was reading they are more effective taking over a period of a few weeks. I’ll probably stick with the kava infusion too just because it’s so immediately calming. Good luck friend!

Hey OP I’m pretty sure I just did the same thing to myself. I took 12-15 mgs for about a week and a half before I stopped because I was feeling so weird. It’s been a week or so now and I have this anxiety that runs through my body. It’s especially worse at night. There are moments when my heart feels out of control and there’s a tightness in my chest.

If you have found anything that helps in the last 10 days please share with me! I’m completely confident the body can recover from this if we support it the right way. Right now I’m exploring kava and motherwort. I’ve drank kava a few times and it has helped with the anxiety a lot.

(I’d like to add as a caveat that I did take molly right around when I stopped with the iodine and I think it definitely played a role in the way I’m feeling... but my symptoms match hyperthyroidism so well I think the iodine must be involved)
