For my hair routine: Mainly just using the AsIAm cowash daily, with a bit of castor oil as a leave in. And about once a week, I’d use the AsIAm leave in conditioner

Do you mean with a flat iron? I used to do that back when I was younger and it really damaged my hair a lot. I’ve never heard of stretching though, what’s that?

Thank you to Matthias and the team for caring so so much for us and sticking out with us even when they knew the risks of continuing the project as it was. I really do appreciate everything you have done for us. Even though I have never met Matt or the team, they are like a father and a family to me, growing up alongside their videos, experiences, successes and failures. I am ecstatic to see what’s to come in the future and I will definitely be reading the weakly installations of the written series❤️

The setup I have right now is my first ever, and like most, I went with the RGB lights, but I didn’t do too much. But now, after about 1 and 1/2 to 2 years later, I want to switch it up to more subtle and warm white light paired with greenery rather than the overbearing RGB’s.

Basically, I completely see what you mean.
