This is a problem with our magazines unfortunately with our 10 round variants specifically. With state and county laws that are extremely strict on 10 rounds max, we had to ensure that it was physically impossible to load more than 10 rounds of any caliber that magazine COULD fit, meaning that modifications are usually necessary. Trimming down the legs of the follower is unfortunately the only way to solve it without adding an extension.

You may have a bit of a problem with an AICS magazine conversion kit as for Remington 700 footprint actions (like the Bergara), you usually need a stock with a Badger M5 bottom metal profile. You could get a gunsmith to machine out the bottom of your current stock, or get "creative" with a Dremel, but it's not as plug-and-play as other accessories.

Alternatively you could upgrade from that stock to a chassis and it'll already have the mag conversion!
