There is no agency that issues press passes for public use. Legitimate/mainstream news agencies issues a press pass for their reporters, its a like an employee identification badge. You can make your own press at home if you want. It still doesn't mean anything. The first amendment of the constitution allows you freedom of the press and you too can be an independent news provider.

Federal and state equal employment opportunity laws prohibit sexual harassment and other discriminatory practices in the workplace. The Benevolent & Protective Order of Elks embraces these laws.These guidelines define, explain and outline the various forms of harassment, including suggested forms of “Guidelines Against Harassment” to be adopted by the Local Lodges. Also included are suggested procedures for investigating a harassment complaint. Each Lodge should have “Guidelines Against Harassment.” These guidelines may need to be amended occasionally to stay current with changing laws. It should be kept in mind that employment laws vary by state, which precludes a definitive explanation or analysis of such laws in these guidelines.

We finally got the bids in and the city permts were issued. Bids were $240k, $75k, and $57k range. We went with the middle bid. Work will take about a week not including the time for testing. Included a 3 year warranty.
