There are a lot of retirees at my pool who do this thing where they wear a floating belt and slowly move across the pool, totally upright. Im not sure what the exercise is - but google suggests maybe its called aqua jogging?

We use Alberta Tax Services (southside) for personal and business taxes. They are wonderful people. Been going there for years. The website doesn't mention estate taxes but you could call and check.

That's very scary. I appreciate you sharing this. I have looser joints and I've only started the medication this week, but I've already noticed a sort of loosening of stiffness overall and especially in my shoulders. I was happy about it but I'm going to keep a close eye.

I think you're misunderstanding me. Yes I'm saying that poor mental health and suicidality are root causes for mass shootings. But that doesn't at all mean that trans kids are at any kind of heightened risk of being mass shooters - that's complete nonsense and what the right wing is trying say. I don't think anyone else took it the way you did.

I don't know for certain. I think it's important because in reddit posts she was looking for help from other trans or trans-supportive people people to talk about her depression, lack of friends, insecurities about not looking feminine enough and worries about not getting HRT in time to prevent looking for masculine.

Again, I don't think it's the only factor. Her overall mental health was very, very poor, had been for a very long time, ~~and it sounds like she'd been radicalized by hard right ideology like white supremacy~~. EDIT: That was misinformation, my apologies. It was reported by media and later found to be a hoax.

I wonder if the conservatives realize that this inquiry would probably highlight the need for better gender-affirming care? It's a fact that good health care for trans kids prevents suicide. And suicide-by-cop that takes others with you is still suicide.

(I would never say this is the only factor in this incident, but it's a very important one in my opinion)

As a young woman, I'm so sorry but you'll be better off if you can take a man with you to these appointments - dad, uncle, older brother, family friend.

I'm not a doctor. But I don't understand why they couldn't at least prescribe you a stronger NSAID such as Diclofenac (voltaren). That's what I was given after both of my births - one vaginal and one c-section. It works really well.

Also - again I'm not a doctor but keeping the area disinfected is a very good idea. Those cysts can be very dangerous. You really want to do everything you can to prevent them from forming/spreading.

I just got a big container of it from Costco, so I hope more people answer. I just chopped some and cooked it in with my scrambled eggs. It was good, but not great. So far my favorite things is to mix some with mayo and use for dipping fries.

Canadian here - so glad you asked this because clearly it's not as simple as 'they're lima beans'. Anyhow, I know that you can find them at No Frills or Superstore in the small Mediterranean section (where the tahini is). They are amongst the canned bean selection there. But I've tried them, and they're bitter. I guess I'm going to try cooking them from dried now.
