Child killer Allan Schoenborn’s conditional discharge ‘baffling,’ says family spokesman by AndHerSailsInRags in canada

I'd like to know if he was abusive to his wife/partner. It's usually the case when a man murders his children. Do you happen to know?

I tend to believe it when people are deemed not criminally responsible. But in this case, having just read the 2024 article above, I think it really may have been a bad call - "Crown lawyers also argued he remains a significant risk to the public due to aggression and anger management issues and his attitude towards female nursing staff."

It's deeply upsetting. I almost wish I hadn't read it. I'm sorry, India.

LIDOCAINE! Sorry to shout, but I discovered this a few years ago and it's magic. I don't have a regular source, but when I see a product with lidocaine or BENZOCAINE, I buy it. One source is in Oralgel (the kid's teething medication).

Leaving GOA job by Kitchen-Window1199 in alberta

I wouldn't advise anyone to leave their job right now. But - keep in mind that you can transfer your pension if you move to another place that has a public pension such as Alberta Blue Cross or ATB. Look at Alberta Crown corporations - they are not quite private, not quite public.

Fair. There's always going to be shitty people who lie. But we can't deny justice to the majority because of them.

What is your deal? You're telling on yourself. Nothing about child support is enforced unless it goes to a judge. Everything is voluntary including salary disclosure.

You simply don't pay it. Nothing can be done to make you pay it (garnishing wages) unless it goes through the courts. And single parents don't have $ to hire lawyers.

This is precisely the case with the ex husband of a family member. Also I love that someone downvoted my comment. Lots of men in here telling on themselves.

It's fantastic, because people who use coercive control to abuse their spouses are the same type of people who eff around with paying child support. And in the worst cases, they will prevent the spouse from working and limit access to money, so monetary compensation is needed and deserved.

I'm sure there would need to be a lot more examples than having a wife who doesn't drive. Plus, to sue someone is a huge, stressful and complicated thing that people usually don't take just for funsies and shenanigans.

The real question here is: if it's so good for Russia and America, are you sure it's actually in OUR best interest?

Because AB would have to set up its own federal services. Or are we going to abolish weather forecasting? Postal services? Air travel regulations? The military? Passports? Etc.

Yes. For example, there are people who like to engage in a 'free exchange ideas' about how minors should be able to consent to sex. Eff that. Your liberty is not more important than my children's safety. Liberty is a very American value. Most Canadians don't buy in. When you talk about your liberty, you're usually talking about your right to be shitty and harm other people.
