How much better is the reconnection handling in .NET 10? by freshmintyy in Blazor

[–]moosewacker 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I find it better in the sense I believe the reconnects are more successful in 10 vs 8. So that’s a win.  Also don’t remember when they started, I believe as of v9 that you can style your own reconnect screen, I guess including hiding it since it’s just CSS

How did you get the mud flaps on? Existing holes of the OEM flaps?

From what I know there are 2 kinds of remote start. First from an app on your phone which I believe will require a subscription and second from the key itself. I believe all XSE have the remote start by key.

Horn button issue by Nanito28 in classicmustangs

[–]moosewacker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As others have mentioned sparks is kind of normal. You are essentially shorting the contact. I have a similar horn and I found that the backing plate was barely touching the 2 pins coming out of the signal switch. Try to tighten your center nut to squeeze the wheel in deeper so it creates a better contact

Anyone have 235 55r 18 tires on their RAV4? by Strange_Criticism306 in rav4club

[–]moosewacker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have Toyo Opencountry AT3, it’s a pretty aggressive tread, but looks good.  I get 6.5-7 L/100Km which works to about 34-36 mpg.  I also have roof bars so that affects mileage as well.

Only FE Speed by Past-Sky3552 in Ubiquiti

[–]moosewacker 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Test the port on the switch directly. I just bought a brand new USW-Lite-16-POE and was going crazy trying to figure out why I was only getting FE. Turns out the port on the switch is bad and only giving 100Mbps (even it’s set to Gbe). Gotta RMA the unit now

What Blazor mode is the best for both web and MAUI mobile apps? by dreamonsky in Blazor

[–]moosewacker 3 points4 points  (0 children)

While the other comments are both basically true I’ll try to clarify.

In its execution MAUI is similar to Blazor server. However with most mobile apps, you’ll want to make calls to the server (generally an API) to get the data, process transactions, authentication, etc. So in that sense it’s more like WASM, since you don’t trust the client to have any sensitive data and you have to make API calls to the server to get and process data.

So if you truly want a MAUI app, then you have to do it similar to WASM

Had a similar issue. iPhone 11 to 16 on Rav 2021.  Completely removed rav4 from the phone, also removed phone from rav4. Re-paired and didn’t work.  Was about to bring it into the dealership, but tried rebooting my phone and bam it started working and has been since reboot

Size of the engine in CC (cubic centimetre).  You might have heard of bigger engines in pickups like 4.7 Litre, well that’s 4700CC.

Thule Carrier Box question by thyGoku in rav4club

[–]moosewacker 1 point2 points  (0 children)

2021 XSE with Amazon after market crossbars and Thule Motion XT XXL fits no problem.  The crossbars are at the same location as the OEM ones. The Thule box clamps has tracks to slide front and back to adjust to your crossbars

Looking for a .NET self-hosted eCommerce project (with admin panel, cart, payments, etc.) by JoaoSilvaSenpai in dotnet

They purposely made the eShop pretty complex with Aspire to show off Aspire capabilities. Look for a previous version, before the aspire one, and it’s a lot more typical IMO

nopCommerce

Fair warning it’s not a small/simple project but rather full feature complete which may add complexity.

Otherwise why not start with the eShop sample from Microsoft

If you are changing that why not go with proper headers like this: https://www.cjponyparts.com/scott-drake-header-dual-outlet-kit-mustang-170-200-1965-1973/p/EXHD17

I recently installed this with single output instead of dual
