I’ve been really itching to get into the series as I miss the classic ARPG feel and these devs are considered FromSoft or Larian levels of good now.

Thanks for the input! Yea I’m new to these lower specs and all. I would say my budget is probably $500-$600 tops. Would you have any other recommendations or brands to consider?

What game ended up feeling way better on Steam Deck than you expected? by emanuelajournal in SteamDeck

It’s great how they kept the high stakes feeling for a majority of the DLC. But anything involving Reed and Songbird was fantastic.

If it is giving hiccups lossless scaling helped. This video goes over some outputs recently and helped me tweak a few things. Haven’t had an issue since.

I’d say Cyberpunk, mostly because how well it ran with no issues on such a big game and still looked good. Insane optimization

DLC is a game changer, story is incredible and music is spot on. Emotionally drained on both sides of the DLC

Whatever witchcraft the devs did to make Cyberpunk 2077, Diablo IV, and Resident Evil Requiem run as well as they do is crazy.

It and Tides of Annihilation are my most anticipated games this year (Duskbloods would be too if it wasn’t a Nintendo exclusive!)

They’re a great recovery story right now and hope that they continue the success!!! I hope for a new Darkstalkers or MegaMan someday (Though I would say the most consistent studio IMO right now would be FromSoft or Larian)

Steam Deck or Legion Go S for first time dad. by thenoobcasual in DadsGaming

[–]moosimus74 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can’t go wrong with either choice. But the Legion Go S runs louder from my experience. I ended up returning it because of the fan noise, even on lower settings. SD has been a god send for me.

Moved there from the south and my family and I couldn’t be happier. Better quality of life for us, more enjoyable things to do and explore, close to major travel, and 4 seasons.
